Oleksandr has 10+ years of experience in the economic evaluation of healthcare programs, data sciences, financial analyses and software development. Following his MSc in financial economics from Kiev Schevchenko University he obtained a Health Economics for Healthcare Professionals postgraduate diploma from the University of York, United Kingdom. He worked in GlaxoSmithKline Global Health Economics department in Belgium for 5 years where his primary responsibility was to develop health economics models and interactive value communication tools for affiliate use. Currently he is heading a consulting agency Digital Health Outcomes, a company focusing on development of bespoke technology solutions for wide variety of HEOR and Market Access needs. Oleksandr’s role is to transform customers business requirements into a modern digital solution, in timely and cost-effective manner.
