He is experienced in pricing and reimbursement, budget impact modeling, HTA market access requirements, digital innovation, and value communication. He has a strong focus on oncology and personalized cell therapies, along with broad expertise in rare diseases. Recently, he has developed customized digital solutions to enhance brand awareness for his clients’ products. Before consulting, he gained significant pricing and project management experience at the Croatian Health Insurance Fund, reviewed reimbursement submissions, and oversaw the implementation of business intelligence tools and EU-funded projects during his secondment at the Ministry of Health.

Modelling framework:
